WHEELING — A new partnership has been formed to develop technology for Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack’s launch this fall of sports betting.
Officials of Delaware North, the casino’s owner, said Wednesday it has partnered with Miomni Gaming to provide turnkey retail and mobile sports wagering services.
